Most car repair centers get reviews about fixing the problem. While that is very important I can’t help but give the customer service staff at Arndt’s the credit for this review. Often times I deal with them and just trust it all gets communicated correctly. That’s because it usually does. But I rarely stop and thank them. So, with this let me say I appreciate you Jen, Amanda, Kim and of course Nick. Thank you all for listening to me ramble trying to explain a sound I heard and throwing a list of issues at you all at once. You’re truly the pros here that set the stage for everything else that happens. You follow up, sometimes with less then welcome news on an issue but you always give it to me straight and like it is. I’m sorry I wrote a book hear but it’s all true and the part when I said I appreciated you all is entirely true because you care about my experience the second you answer the phone. Thanks again…
