This was my first time using their service. When I arrived they greeted me very friendly. Had a free inspection done. They called me to the back to observe the issues and not to just take their word for it. Unfortunately I got some bad news about my auto. They took as much time as needed to explain to me the issue and to make sure I understood everything that was going on with the auto, so I did not feel rushed nor pressured to make any decisions on the spot. They were very honest about the news but also very sorry for the bad news I received. This is a family business, and you can tell it is with the down to earth employees along with the pictures and licenses hung up on the walls as you first come in. You can tell they take pride in the business and they are the kind of shop that would treat you right ALWAYS. I highly recommend, and I will definitely go back to get further quotes for possible service in the future.

This past Monday my car broke down unexpectedly. Arndt Automotive was super helpful in helping getting tow quickly and then they diagnosised and fixed the car quickly. This is the norm for this business, we have gone here for years. This is just a reminder to to WHY we are repeat customers. Thank you!
