They got me in quickly, offered a loaner if I needed, found the noise from underneath my car was something small, and went over it for winter without being asked. It is a new to me car. They found the battery was insufficient. I was able to get one now and save myself the trouble of car dying in the coldest part of winter. I live out in the corn fields, and they were even willing to put peppermint oil underneath for me, to discourage mice.

Very satisfied with my first experience with Arndt. Knowledgeable service tech listened to my problem and explained steps to fix it. Gave me an estimate with no pressure to get it fixed in a hurry. They kept me advised on the progress of repair status and provided a complimentary loaner vehicle. What impressed me most was the friendliness of staff and nobody tried to sell me something that wasn't needed. I've left many dealers for that reason. I plan to return for the needed repairs as soon as I can schedule a time.
