What a great group of people! took my car to determine cause of a noise when pushing the brake pedal. After a thorough check, found nothing amiss. Then they didn’t charge me anything! Difficult to believe in this age! Honest, friendly people! Fantastic!!!

They squeezed me into the schedule last minute and did my oil change super quickly!

I had a sizeable repair! This is how it went: (1) loaner while the car was diagnosed. (2) Arndt explained what needed to be done and suggested I contact my insurance in case I would be covered. (3) The work took a bit of time and an additional estimate--as they worked, they communicated directly with my insurance provider and communicated with me as needed. (4) My car is finished, and Arndt gave me advice on how to avoid the problem again. The BEST automobile repair shop ever. Thanks, Arndt Automotive. (Insurance provider found Arndt Automotive great to work with. and that says a lot)

I use this family for every repair or maintenance schedule I have. Managing an active fleet puts more pressure on this team then I care to admit. Always up to task, ready and fair with me. Never feel pressured or taken advantage of. I imagine some may feel differently because they don’t want to believe it’s time to pay the piper for all those “free miles.”, but I’ve always known them as straight shooters knowing there is no short cut to doing it right, ever.
